SHIPPING

  • When will I get my order?
    We produce the products on-demand Monday-Friday, so please allow at least 3-4 business days for production. Shipping usually takes 1-2 days, depending on your distance from Homewood Alabama.

  • How will my order be shipped?
    We use either USPS first-class mail or USPS priority mail depending on package size. Your order may be delivered on a Saturday.

  • Where is my tracking number?
    Your tracking number is emailed to you automatically once your package is on the USPS truck. If you haven't receive a tracking number and it has been more than 5 business days, please email orders@greetingsfromalabama.com.

FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • How can I exchange a shirt?
    If you'd like to exchange a shirt for a different size, please contact us at orders@greetingsfromalabama.com. We'll issue you a return label at no cost, and get your new shirt out to you as quickly as possible. Masks and decals are not eligible for exchanges. We only provide one free return label per order.

  • Can I return my order?
    We're happy to accept your return and refund your money within 30 days of your purchase. Your product must be returned in new condition. Contact us at orders@greetingsfromalabama.com for a return shipping label. Once we've received your return we will issue a refund. Please keep in mind that banks can often take a few days to put your money back in your account.

  • What do I need to include in my return package?
    In addition to the item you are returning, please include your original packing slip or email receipt and note on it if you would like a refund, or the size you are exchanging for.
